InnovAdd hereby warrants Products only to the original purchaser, that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) calendar year from the date of purchase, covering only replacement components related to manufacturing faults under normal use conditions; this warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, improper installation, improper assembly, or modifications. This limited product warranty shall not apply to normal wear and tear, aging or natural degradation. InnovAdd accepts no responsibility for any components not provided by InnovAdd Manufacturing, LLC.

Products may be returned to InnovAdd for warranty inspection only after a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) has been assigned. RMA numbers are solely provided by InnovAdd Manufacturing, LLC. Products for warranty review are to be returned to InnovAdd with RMA reference. Shipping is not covered under this Limited Warranty. In the event of a valid product warranty claim, InnovAdd will, at its sole option, repair or replace the module(s) or components. Replacement components are held to original purchase warranty term only.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY WARRANTED IN THIS LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY, THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” AND CUSTOMER’S USE THEREOF IS AT ITS OWN RISK. InnovAdd DOES NOT MAKE, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS, ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT WILL INNOVADD BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS PRODUCT , INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY PERSONAL INJURY, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, EVEN IF INNOVADD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS THAT YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST INNOVADD AND ANY EMPLOYEE OR AGENT ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE PRODUCT.

This Limited Product Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Customer hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Vermont for all disputes related to the Products.

UPONASSEMBLY, INSTALLATION OR USE OF THE PRODUCT, THE USER (PURCHASER) AGREES TO THE TERMS OF USE AND LIMITED WARRANTY OUTLINED ABOVE.
